Shipping & Returns

No refunds on sale merchandise. Exchange credit only for the purchase price of sale items returned within 20 days of receipt. Prior promotional discounts not applicable on sale items. Sorry, no pricing adjustments on prior purchases.  No returns or exchanges on custom or embroidered goods.

Guarantee & Return Policies
The Hurricane Racing Satisfaction Guarantee! We allow a full refund, exchange or credit (exclusive of shipping) on merchandise returned in new condition (sale merchandise excluded), in the original package, within 30 days of receipt. Returns not following these parameters are subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are determined on an order by order basis and are determined based on return’s condition and it’s arrival. Products that have been used may not be refunded except in cases of manufacturer’s defect with prior approval obtained by calling Customer Service at 1-800-639-3166.

Return Policy
Should you find it necessary to return an item, please send your package to us insured and prepaid. COD’s will not be accepted. Because much of our merchandise is seasonal, our standard policy for returns is 30 days from date of receipt. Please, holiday gifts must be returned by January 20, 2013. We can only credit the card used for the purchase. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. If defective, we will exchange for like product only. Shipping & handling charges will only be refunded when due to our shipping error or manufacturer’s defect.

Sale & Clearance Merchandise
Returns of products purchased on sale, or at clearance prices will be accepted for exchange or in-house credit only. No refunds will be issued. Product must be in original packaging and unused condition to be accepted. Should an exchange item not be available, a non-refundable merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued. NOTE: Promotional discounts not applicable on sale or clearance items unless stated. Must return completed return form included on the back of packing slip. SALE OR CLOSEOUT PRICING CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ITEMS.

International Orders
We can ship worldwide. Generally we ship international packages via Priority Mail International with 6-10 business days delivery or Express International with 3-5 business days delivery. *Dimensional restrictions may require alternate ship method. Delivery charges will vary when shipping to another country. Recipients will be responsible for paying duties, taxes and customs clearance where required. We suggest emailing your request for product pricing, shipping fees and estimated delivery times if possible.  Send e-mails to websales@hurricaneracing.com. All pricing in U.S. funds.

Order Turn Around Time / Shipping
Standard orders for in stock items only are shipped to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from your order placement. Should you require immediate delivery for a birthday, holiday or special occasion, we will be happy to rush your order via 2 day or overnight service where available, for an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 1-pm EST. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered transit days. For example, 2 day shipping for an order placed Thursday prior to 1pm EST would arrive at it’s destination on the following Monday. Overnight shipping for an order placed on Friday prior to 1pm EST would arrive at it’s destination on the following Monday. In some areas, Saturday delivery is available. Call for a quote and confirmation of Saturday delivery to your area if you require this service (orders must be placed by 1pm EST on Friday to qualify for Saturday delivery). Express orders placed on-line or over the phone on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Need Your Package For Christmas?
Please place your order by 1pm on Friday December 18, 2012 and with additional expedited handling, you can receive your package in time for Christmas.

Damaged Package?
Carriers require that the package containing damaged items be inspected by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please notify the carrier at the time if the package received is damaged. An inspection by the carrier will be made and based on the carrier’s decision the product will either be replaced or its value refunded. Hurricane Racing is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of war, carrier delays or incorrect address.

Wrong Size
When returning a product to exchange for a different size, return postage and handling will be at a fixed rate of $15.00. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
